Of course it does. It's brutal though; sometimes I'm glad they ask, other days, I wish they wouldn't. I find it even more shocking - but not really - that a lot of people think, it's easy to get published once you've written something, but it isn't.
On the bright side, at least you still have us! LOL ;-)
