Six Sentence Sunday

So, as I have finished my mermaid story (and as soon as I am certain what I want to call it, I will submit it.) I am back to writing the second book in my Conditioned series, called "Embraced."

Here are six sentences from Embraced.

“It’s too late, Eugene.” He sighed. “I’m involved. She’s a sweet, young woman. Young being the key word of that sentence. They’re not supposed to be killed so early and I’m starting to think that if I had ever thought about the fact they get murdered at all I would have objected before now.”

He hoped he would have. He liked to think he was the kind of person who would have said something.

“Whom would you have objected to?”
